Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Solution Analyst SAP (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Halle.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn
  • Regio: Halle met 2 dagen thuiswerk
  • Fulltime

Als Solution Analyst met SAP-expertise draag je bij aan diverse wijzigingsverzoeken en projecten, hetzij op verzoek van de businesspartner, hetzij ter ondersteuning van het SAP Service Center zelf. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de geleverde oplossingen, met name wat betreft de SAP-componenten en de bijbehorende integraties. Je bent daarom betrokken bij zowel run- als build-activiteiten.

  • De onderliggende oorzaak van incidenten en problemen analyseren en zo snel mogelijk oplossingen aandragen.
  • Zowel kortetermijnoplossingen (workarounds) als duurzame langetermijnoplossingen leveren.
  • Functionele en niet-functionele vereisten analyseren en documenteren, inclusief fit/gap-analyses tussen huidige en toekomstige processen.
  • Functionele specificaties met betrekking tot SAP-oplossingen opstellen en deze aan ontwikkelaars overdragen voor implementatie, waarbij je zorgt voor een goede opvolging.
  • SAP-oplossingen configureren waar nodig.
  • Testscenario’s definiëren en functionele tests van oplossingen uitvoeren.
  • Trainingsmateriaal ontwikkelen voor eindgebruikers en key users.
  • Kennis opbouwen binnen het SAP Service Center en collega’s en key users ondersteunen door middel van documentatie, kennisuitwisselingssessies en trainingen.
  • Operationele ondersteuning bieden aan key users tijdens user acceptance testing (UAT) en systeemimplementaties.
  • Dagelijkse controles en monitoringactiviteiten uitvoeren.

Profiel

  • Uitgebreide expertise in SAP SD/MM (S/4HANA)
  • Ervaring met SAP IBP/OBP
  • Ervaring met SAP EWM is een pluspunt
  • Locatie: Halle met de mogelijkheid om maximaal 2 dagen per week vanuit huis te werken
  • Taalvereisten: Nederlands en Engels
