Onze klant is actief in IT-infrastructuur en technologische oplossingen voor bedrijven. Vanuit een sterk technisch team ondersteunen ze klanten bij het ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van hun IT-omgeving. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving met een open sfeer, waar initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling sterk worden aangemoedigd.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je vertaalt klantvragen naar innovatieve en technisch haalbare IT-oplossingen rond infrastructuur, servers, netwerken, storage, Azure en meer.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Manager en Operations Manager en levert technische input voor offertes, presentaties en klantgesprekken.
  • Je bereidt projecten technisch volledig voor en zorgt daarna voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de System Engineers.
  • Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit van projecten en voert controles uit van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je denkt mee over technische keuzes, resourceplanning en procesverbeteringen en springt bij grote projecten occasioneel mee in een klantgesprek voor extra technische afstemming.
  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding en een 5 tal jaar ervaring als System Engineer of in een gelijkaardige technische infrastructuurrol.
  • Je beschikt over een stevige technische basis in IT-infrastructuur, servers, netwerken, storage, Azure of vergelijkbare technologieën.
  • Je wil evolueren van technische uitvoering naar advies, projectvoorbereiding en technische architectuur.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Ervaring met HPE, Aruba, Proxmox of gelijkaardige technologieën is een plus.
