Als Solution Architect ontwerp je het toekomstige applicatielandschap van Telenet. Gezien onze groeiambities hebben we innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen nodig die in lijn zijn met onze visie en strategie. Het is jouw missie om de strategische doelstellingen en business initiatieven te vertalen naar end-to-end IT oplossingen, die de doelarchitectuur, guardrails en applicatie-roadmaps ondersteunen. Je groeit van doener naar richtinggever met zichtbare impact. Jij bent de sleutelpersoon voor onze business Tribes, en bepaalt mee hoe wij de nieuwe diensten en producten bouwen voor de miljoenen residentiele en business klanten van Telenet, BASE, Tadaam, Blossem, etc.

Werken in het Architecture-team

Technologie evolueert razendsnel. Bij Telenet volgen we dat tempo niet zomaar; in al ons enthousiasme drijven we het nog op. We werken agile, in kleine teams met veel autonomie. Als enterprise tribe maken we gebruik van een oerdegelijk technisch kader, de breede know-how van ons ervaren teams en werken we samen met talrijke andere tribes binnen Telenet in een competitief en voordurend veranderende markt. Zet jij als Solution Architect mee de ideale architectuur op poten, zodat we Telenet klaar maken voor morgen?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Solution architect

Als Solution Architect bouw je mee aan het applicatielandschap van Telenet, in lijn met onze visie en strategie. Je werkt vanuit de “Software and Architecture Tribe” nauw samen met onze collega’s uit de “Product & Technology” en “Customer Operations” circles, en begeleidt initiatieven die onze ambitieuze groei ondersteunen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • de end-to-end architectuur voor een initiatief, die je bespreekt met interne en externe stakeholders, en zorgt dat de oplossingen die we bouwen passen binnen onze architectural guardrails en business doelstellingen.
  • de analyse van de noden van onze business en vertaling hiervan in oplossingen en alternatieven, die je vervolgens in een transformatieroadmap giet en documenteert aan de hand van architecture deliverables.
  • onze langetermijnvisie op het vlak van applicatiemodernisering en -rationalisering, rekening houdend met de impact op onze eigen organisatie en met marktevoluties.
  • Je brengt de Total Cost of Ownership in kaart, werkt aan proof of concepts en bepaald samen met business het minimum viable product.

  • heeft een uitgebreide technische kennis, met focus op applicaties, methodologieën en bij voorkeur telecomproducten. We sommen enkele voorbeelden op: Lean Architeture, Agile Methodologieën, TM Forum eTOM & SID, Design Princiles (eg SOLID, Domain Driven Design, Microservices,…) LeanIX, UML, Archimate, C4-Modelling Applicatie- en netwerkintegratie, cloud, generative AI, Telco BSS & OSS systemen, Internet of Things.
  • krijgt energie van onze agile werkmethode.
  • is leergierig in een voortdurend veranderende omgeving.
  • heeft een bachelor of masterdiploma en relevante ervaring.
  • beschikt over goeie communicatieskills en bouwt bruggen over onze verschillende afdelingen heen.
  • spreekt vloeiend Engels.
