Heb je de kennis, de flair en het inlevingsvermogen om, als Solution Architect, onze klanten op een inspirerende manier mee te nemen in een traject om hun Customer Experience te verbeteren? Ben je gebeten door Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE en ben je op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Kom dan in ons Customer Engagement team meewerken aan innovatieve projecten voor onze klanten, gebruik makend van de verschillende technologieën uit de Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack. Ons team bestaat uit +- 50 gepassioneerde en gemotiveerde CE consultants, elk met verschillende expertisedomeinen.

Wij maken deel uit van Cegeka Business Solutions, een team van 280 gepassioneerde consultants werkend aan innovatieve en complexe ERP en CRM-projecten. Naast het Microsoft Gold Partner statuut en het Inner Circle Label werden we in 2023 benoemd tot Western Europe Partner of the Year in de categorie van Business Applications Cloud, en in 2024 Microsoft Partner of The Year in België.   • Als Solution Architect ben je de sleutelfiguur in het traject van onze (potentiële) klanten die de digitale transitie van hun huidige omgeving naar het Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform maken.
  • Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant in een conceptuele en kwalitatieve totaaloplossing. Deze implementeer je samen met de projectmanager, de technical architect en consultants. Van kick-off tot Go Live ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke en technische realisatie van de Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE oplossing.
  • Als Solution Architect sta je centraal tussen de klant, het Cegeka projectteam en de oplossing. Het is jouw taak om vanaf het concept tot aan de oplevering ervoor te zorgen dat het totale systeem functioneert zoals jij dat bedacht hebt. Van integratie tot volledige overgang, zorg jij voor een tevreden Dynamics 365 klant.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een sterke kennis opgebouwd van Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement en hebt verschillende succesvolle implementaties op je palmares.
  • Je bent een leider en je hebt ervaring in het functioneel aansturen van een team.
  • Je bent in staat om autonoom de analyse en de design binnen meerdere processen in te richten.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en communiceert vlot met zowel interne collega's als externe klanten.
  • Je bent gebeten door Customer Experience!
  • Je voelt je als een vis in het water binnen de resultaatsgerichte, no-nonsense aanpak van Cegeka.
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma.
