Als Solution Engineer ben je een technisch specialist in de buitendienst met een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het adviseren, begeleiden en ondersteunen van klanten met specials en industriële maatwerk engineering in heel België.
  • Veelvuldig reizen naar klanten, terwijl je werkzaam bent vanuit het kantoor te Lokeren.
  • Een belangrijke rol spelen in het optimaliseren van productieprocessen en het versterken van de supply chain door samenwerkingen met klanten en collega's van diverse afdelingen, waaronder inkoop en verkoopbinnendienst.
  • Samenwerken met het hoofdkantoor om innovatieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen en snel te implementeren.
  • Presentaties geven aan klanten en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken.
  • Direct bijdragen aan het succes en de groei van het bedrijf.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met:

  • Minimum een bachelorsdiploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica, werktuigkunde, mechanica,...).
  • Minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in productieprocessen, DIN-normen, genormeerde onderdelen en specials/maatwerk. engineering.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, commercieel inzicht en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Technische expertise in 3D-modelprogramma's zoals Inventor, Solidworks of gelijkaardig.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Uitmuntende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en Duits is een plus.
  • Bereidheid om te investeren in de lange termijn en een bijdrage te leveren aan een groeiend team.
