  • Een toegewezen klantenportefeuille beheren
  • Bestaande klanten regelmatig bezoeken, tevredenheid van de klanten opvolgen en het bezoekverslag bijhouden in CRM/projectsystemen
  • Prospectie via telefoon, mail, LinkedIn en sectorbeurzen $
  • Offerteaanvragen en doorverwijzingen snel en gestructureerd opvolgen
  • Pipelines van prospects beheren en wekelijks rapporteren aan het management
  • Versleten en kritische onderdelen identificeren bij klanten en de juiste oplossingen voorstellen
  • Voor- en nametingen interpreteren en mee vertalen naar een commercieel verhaal
  • Offertes opmaken in samenwerking met de back-office en technische diensten
  • Projecten opvolgen van offerte tot levering en factuur
  • Nauw samenwerken met de productie , het laboratorium en de technische diensten om voorstellen technisch correct te onderbouwen
  • Trends in de markt en bij concurrentie opvolgen
  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Eerste ervaring in een technische-commerciële functie is een sterk pluspunt
  • Ervaring met onderhoud, productieprocessen slijtage en industriële componenten is een must!
  • Geldig rijbewijs B
  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans (kennis van Engels is een troef)
  • Goede beheersing van MS Office
  • Technisch inzicht
  • Resultaatgericht, ondernemend en communicatief sterk zijn is een must!
