Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertaalt hun vragen naar passende oplossingen. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagement, techniek en verschillende interne afdelingen. Je combineert commerciële kwaliteiten met technisch inzicht en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klanten adviseren en ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat; - Klantvragen vertalen naar passende technische en commerciële oplossingen; - Offertes opstellen en deze actief opvolgen; - Verkoopkansen herkennen en bespreken met het accountmanagement; - Klanten proactief informeren over leveringen en de verdere afhandeling van orders; - Klantgegevens en afspraken zorgvuldig vastleggen en actueel houden in SAP; - Vragen, afwijkingen en klachten professioneel afhandelen en zoeken naar passende oplossingen; - Samenwerken met onder andere accountmanagement, logistiek en planning; - Knelpunten signaleren en meedenken over procesverbetering, digitalisering en een optimale dienstverlening. - Wie ben jij?
