Binnen het inside sales team werk je nauw samen met sales, proposal managers en inhoudelijke specialisten. Waar sales de relatie bouwt en de proposal manager het proces bewaakt, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke lijn én de juiste tone of voice van het voorstel. Je verdiept je in de klantvraag en ontwikkelt een passende facilitaire oplossing. Je bedenkt hoe de dienstverlening eruit moet zien, welke aanpak ons gaat onderscheiden van de concurrentie en zorgt er voor dat dit allemaal wordt vertaald naar een sterk commercieel voorstel dat raakt. Je schrijft en structureert voorstellen, scherpt de propositie aan en zorgt dat alle input van betrokken disciplines samenkomt in één logisch en aantrekkelijk geheel. Daarbij bewaak je de rode draad en zorg je dat inhoud, tone of voice en positionering naadloos aansluiten op de klant. Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste klantvraag of marktverkenning tot aan de indiening van het voorstel. Je denkt mee over de strategie, helpt keuzes maken in de oplossing en vertaalt dit naar een verhaal dat klopt én verkoopt. Wat maakt de rol van Solutions Consultant zo leuk? De nadruk ligt niet op rekenen of het doorgronden van de financiële business case, maar op bedenken, aanscherpen en schrijven van de juiste oplossing.
