The posting

Mener un ou plusieurs projets de réingénierie de processus business existants ou d'implémentation de nouveaux processus business. Gérer les activités quotidiennes du projet. Être le premier point de contact concernant l'exécution, l'atteinte et la réalisation des objectifs du projet. La durée des projets se situe à moyen terme : 1 à 2 ans. Le budget projet est estimé à >4,5 mio EUR et <10 mio EUR.

Définir les processus clés du projet :

  • Définir un périmètre détaillé et maîtriser les modifications à celui-ci tout au long du projet
  • Formuler une analyse des besoins de l'organisation et des clients : les classer par priorité et les situer dans un plan de release
  • Définir les parties prenantes impliquées et fixer leurs compétences et responsabilités

Établir et ajuster une planification high-level et détaillée. Veiller au respect et à l'atteinte des délais :

  • Établir un plan de jalons
  • Établir un calendrier pour les différentes phases du projet

Évaluer le besoin en ressources en adéquation avec le business case :

  • Déterminer et respecter le budget, les moyens et les personnes
  • Ajuster les ressources si nécessaire

Mettre en place des contrôles qualité et gérer les risques :

  • Définir les standards de qualité auxquels la sortie du projet doit répondre
  • Responsable de la livraison des livrables et de la clôture du projet
  • Gestion des risques : évaluer et gérer les facteurs critiques de succès et les risques via la définition et le suivi des KPI

Organiser hiérarchiquement et/ou fonctionnellement les tâches de l'équipe projet :

  • Stimuler et motiver les membres du projet
  • Organiser et suivre la macro-planning du projet et des membres de l'équipe

Assurer la communication nécessaire concernant les projets durant les différentes phases successives auprès de toutes les parties prenantes :

  • Communiquer sur l'avancement
  • Stakeholdermanagement : identifier les parties prenantes et tenir compte des conflits potentiels d'intérêts
  • Créer du buy-in auprès des parties prenantes

Livrer et faire accepter les résultats demandés du projet :

  • Livrer le projet et la documentation projet
  • Évaluer le projet dans son ensemble et tirer les leçons pour l'avenir

¿ Diplôme de master ou expérience équivalente

¿ Expérience requise : 5 ans d'expérience pertinente

¿ Connaissance linguistique (selon le lieu de travail) : bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale

¿ Bonne connaissance du projectmanagement

¿ Bonne connaissance de Business Objects

¿ Bonne connaissance du domaine dans lequel le projet est exercé
