We bouwen aan een wijncollectie met internationale allure, waarin klassieke namen en bijzondere ontdekkingen naast elkaar bestaan. Een collectie die niet alleen indrukwekkend is, maar vooral bedoeld is om te ontdekken, te delen en te beleven. Jouw rol Als Sommelier ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen wijn, keuken en gast. Je kent de wijn, maar vooral ook het verhaal erachter. Je voelt aan waar een gast naar op zoek is en weet dat het beste wijnadvies niet altijd het meest voor de hand liggende is. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse wijnbeleving binnen het refined dining restaurant, de bistro en de Chef's Table. Je adviseert met kennis én gevoel, creëert passende en verrassende combinaties en zorgt voor een wijnservice die professioneel is zonder afstandelijk te worden. Je speelt daarnaast een actieve rol in het dagelijkse beheer van de restaurantcollectie, waaronder opslag, voorraad, rotatie, wijnkaart en beschikbaarheid. Voor selectie, inkoop en de bredere ontwikkeling van de totale wijncollectie lever je inhoudelijke voorstellen en werk je nauw samen met de F&B Manager en de eindverantwoordelijke voor wijn. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren en begeleiden van gasten bij hun wijnkeuze. - Creëren van passende en verrassende spijs-wijncombinaties in samenwerking met de keuken. - Verzorgen van professionele wijn- en champagneservice. - Bijdragen aan de samenstelling en actualisering van de wijnkaart en digestieven. - Signaleren en voorstellen van interessante wijnen en ontwikkelingen in de markt. - Dagelijks beheren van de restaurantvoorraad, opslag, inventaris en rotatie. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, pre...
