Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und fachkundigen Sommelier (m/w/d), der unsere Gäste mit seiner Weinexpertise begeistert und unser gastronomisches Angebot bereichert. 1 Sommelier/e Ihre Aufgaben

* Kompetente Beratung unserer Gäste bei der Auswahl von Weinen und Getränken

* Professionelle Präsentation und Verkauf unseres Weinangebots

* Pflege, Verwaltung und Bestandskontrolle des Weinkellers

* Mitgestaltung und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Weinkarte

* Empfehlung passender Weinbegleitungen zu unseren Speisen

* Durchführung von Weinverkostungen und Schulungen für das Service-Team

* Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Sommelier-Ausbildung oder Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Weinwelt

* Ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten und hohe Serviceorientierung

* Professionelles Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
