Wat ga je doen?

Zorg mee voor een vlot recyclageproces en bewaak de kwaliteit van metalen materialen in een duurzame industriële omgeving.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf binnen de recyclagesector. Dagelijks wordt hier gewerkt aan het verwerken en herwaarderen van materialen. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en respect voor het milieu vormen daarbij de basis van elke activiteit.

Als sorteermedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je controleert en sorteert verschillende metaalsoorten zodat enkel de juiste materialen verder verwerkt worden. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om extra verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen en door te groeien naar een meer aansturende rol.

- Je sorteert verschillende metaalsoorten en verwijdert onzuiverheden aan de transportband. - Je voert visuele controles uit en grijpt in wanneer afwijkingen worden vastgesteld. - Je bedient een heftruck, hoogtewerker of kleine kraan voor het laden en lossen van metalen materialen. - Je ondersteunt bij interne transporten op de site. - Je voert eenvoudige controles uit aan de installatie en meldt storingen of defecten. - Je communiceert via een zender met collega's om het proces vlot te laten verlopen.

Op termijn neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op en stuur je een klein team van 3 à 4 medewerkers aan

Je zal werken in daguren, van maandag tot en met vrijdag: telkens starten om 08u00.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent niet kleurenblind, zodat je verschillende metaalsoorten correct kan onderscheiden.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd op de eerste plaats.

Opleiding: Er is geen specifiek diploma vereist.

Vakkennis: Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring binnen de metaalsector achter de rug.

Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gelezen, geschreven als gesproken.

Attesten: Attesten zijn niet vereist.
