Heb je interesse in kleding en zie je snel het verschil in kwaliteit, materiaal en stijl? Als sorteermedewerker geef je tweedehands kleding een volgende bestemming. Je controleert en sorteert kleding volgens duidelijke criteria en leert het vak stap voor stap aan.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt bij een stabiel bedrijf dat tweedehands textiel verwerkt. Je start met de eenvoudigere sorteertaken en krijgt intern opleiding om steeds meer soorten kleding correct te beoordelen.

• Je inspecteert tweedehands kledingstuk per kledingstuk

• Je sorteert volgens type, stof, seizoen, trends en slijtage

• Je beoordeelt welke kleding geschikt is voor verdere verwerking

• Je selecteert de betere stukken volgens vaste kwaliteitscriteria

• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens het sorteren

• Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens duidelijke richtlijnen

• Je bouwt je kennis van materialen, kleding en kwaliteit verder op

Het werk gebeurt voornamelijk rechtstaand en bepaalde handelingen komen vaak terug. Concentratie en een goed oog voor detail zijn daarom belangrijk.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt interesse in mode, kleding en textiel

• Productie ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste

• Je kunt langdurig rechtstaand en repetitief werk uitvoeren

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt je concentratie vast

• Je hebt geen stofallergie

• Je kunt je voor het werk voldoende uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels

• Je werkt graag samen en kunt tegelijk je eigen taken zelfstandig uitvoeren

• Je kunt omgaan met werktempo en veranderende prioriteiten
