Daarom zoeken we een Talent Sourcer die ons recruitmentproces versterkt. Iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen een profiel, slim zoekt, contact maakt en helpt bouwen aan een sterke talentpipeline. De rol Als Talent Sourcer ben jij de motor achter onze talentpipeline. Jij weet waar professionals zich bevinden, hoe je ze bereikt en hoe je hun interesse wekt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in nauwe samenwerking met onze Recruitment Consultants. Zij nemen de vacature inhoudelijk door, bepalen de knock-outs en geven richting aan het zoekprofiel. Denk aan harde criteria zoals ervaring, opleiding, beschikbaarheid, tarief of salarisindicatie. Jij vertaalt deze richting naar slimme zoekacties, benaderingen en een sterke pijplijn met relevante professionals. Je zoekt niet alleen kandidaten. Je bouwt relaties op. Wat je gaat doen Je zoekt actief naar professionals via LinkedIn, databases, communities en andere kanalen. Je werkt met boolean search, denkt mee over zoekrichtingen en weet schaars talent binnen IT, Finance, Sales en Bedrijfsvoering te vinden. Je schrijft persoonlijke benaderingen en InMails die aansluiten bij de professional die je voor je hebt. Geen standaardberichten, maar contact dat klopt. Daarnaast bouw en onderhoud je talentpools, zodat FutureXL vooruit kan bewegen in plaats van af te wachten tot de vraag ontstaat. Ook heb je het eerste contact met kandidaten. Je toetst de afgesproken knock-outs, brengt wensen, motivatie en beschikbaarheid in kaart en zorgt dat professionals zich vanaf het eerste moment persoonlijk en professioneel benaderd voelen.
