Als Sourcing Expert Fresh voor onze eigen merken ondersteun je de Sourcing Manager bij de administratie en contacten met leveranciers. Op die manier waak je mee over de kwaliteit van onze poducten én draag je bij aan klanttevredenheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je bewaakt de aanbestedingskalender en zorgt zo voor een continue bevoorrading van onze winkels.
  • Je bereidt aanbestedingen voor en naarmate progressie kan je zelf een kleine aanbesteding afsluiten.
  • Je maakt een overzicht van de ontvangen offertes en formuleert voorstellen die dienen als basis voor onderhandelingen met leveranciers.
  • Je organiseert proeverijen en neemt er actief aan deel.
  • Je bereidt leverancierscontracten voor op basis van de afgesproken commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van de wetgeving en van ons aankoopbeleid.
  • Samen met de Sourcing Manager schat je de aan te kopen volumes in om onze behoeften correct te dekken.
  • Je voert administratieve en operationele taken uit en neemt deel aan vergaderingen.
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in de categorie verse voeding.
  • Je bent vlot met MS office.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent leergierig, voelt je goed in een dynamische omgeving en je kan goed omgaan met korte deadlines.
  • Je bent autonoom, nauwkeurig en je kan goed plannen.
