Voor onze banquetingafdeling zoeken wij een Banqueting Sous-Chef die samen met een collega Sous-Chef verantwoordelijk is voor het neerzetten van culinaire evenementen op hoog niveau. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het keukenteam, bewaak je kwaliteit en zorg je ervoor dat iedere service, van zakelijke bijeenkomsten tot exclusieve evenementen, soepel, professioneel en gastgericht verloopt. Met jouw leiderschap, oog voor detail en liefde voor koken draag je dagelijks bij aan een onvergetelijke gastbeleving.Over ons: Aan de oevers van de Maas vormen Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton en DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre samen een unieke hotelcombinatie in het hart van Rotterdam. Met 480 kamers en ruim 1.000 m² aan flexibele evenementenruimte behoort het complex tot de grootste hotelconcepten in de stad en de Benelux. Hier komen design, comfort en locatie samen.
