Als sous-chef ben jij de rechterhand van de chef en speel je een belangrijke rol in de keuken. Je hebt vaktechnische leiding over het team en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Wat ga je zoal doen? • Je stuurt en coacht het keukenteam aan. • Je stelt planningen op voor de bereiding van gerechten. • Je denkt mee over nieuwe gerechten op de menukaart. • Je beheert de voorraad en plaatst bestellingen. • Je ziet toe op de naleving van (veiligheids)voorschriften en hygiëne-eisen. • Je voert gesprekken met medewerkers en handelt eerstelijns klachten af. • Na een mooie dag proost je samen met collega's op een dag dat alles goed is gegaan en alle gasten met een glimlach het restaurant hebben verlaten.Wat bieden wij jou? • Een salaris van €2.801 tot €3.553 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime, afhankelijk van je ervaring. • 8% vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en pensioenopbouw. • Veel vrijheden voor de inbreng van jouw passie. • De eerste weken zorgen we voor een grondig inwerktraject. • Breng jij een nieuwe collega aan? €250.- netto bonus voor jou! • Fiscaal voordeel op je sportclubcontributie. • Academy: wil jij doorgroeien of meer over je vak leren?
