Sous-chef (40 uur) - Full time - Weesp, Noord-Holland - . - SpaWeesp Overzicht Bij wellnessresort SpaWeesp in Amsterdam, zoeken we een ervaren zelfstandig werkend kok die de stap wil maken naar Souschef. Wat ga jij doen als Souschef? Als Souschef ben jij de rechterhand van de Chef (en straks misschien wel dé Chef). Samen met het team til jij de keuken naar een hoger niveau. Jouw dag bestaat uit: - Het aansturen en ondersteunen van het keukenteam tijdens mise-en-place en service; - Koken van creatieve en smaakvolle gerechten die passen bij de wellnessbeleving; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid (HACCP), presentatie en smaak; - Actieve rol in het meedenken over menusamenstelling en optimalisatie van processen; - Inwerken en begeleiden van collega's en nieuwe teamleden. Wat bieden wij jou? - Dé kans voor een zelfstandig werkend kok die klaar is voor de stap naar souschef, met goede begeleiding en volop ruimte om te groeien in je nieuwe rol; - Inwerkperiode door de huidige Chef ter voorbereiding op jouw toekomstige rol; - Werken in een gezellig kleinschalig wellnessresort 10 min van Groningen in het dorpje Peize; - Werkweek van 4 dagen, werktijden tussen 11:00 en 21:30, inclusief 1 weekenddag; - Salarisrange €3.300 - 3.500 per maand + 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding en flinke korting op wellness & maaltijden; - Ruimte voor ontwikkeling en creativiteit in een hecht en gezellig keukenteam. Wie ben jij? - Jij hebt een MBO-3 koksopleiding afgerond en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok/ sous-chef; - Je bent leergierig, ambitieus en klaar om leiding te geven; - Jij bewaart rust in de keuken, denkt in oplossingen en werkt graag samen; - Je weet alles van hygiëne en HACCP, en straalt professionaliteit uit.
