Sous-chef 32 - 40 u p/wk Bussum 38 u p/wk Bussum Waarom wij jou zoeken? LandLunch is de afgelopen jaren gegroeid naar een bedrijf met meer dan 20 medewerkers. Wij verzorgen heerlijk eten op het werk én voor events. Van een goed gevuld broodbuffet tot belegde broodjes, vers gemaakte salades en warme gerechten. Ook voor ontbijt, borrels, buffetten, bedrijfsfeesten en complete events verzorgen wij smaakvolle catering. Wij werken uitsluitend met verse producten uit de streek. Onze ambitie is kraakhelder. Voor de verdere groei zoeken wij een Sous-chef die de dagelijkse leiding neemt in de keuken. En bij afwezigheid van de chef-kok zijn taken waarneemt. Wij worden blij als je dit gaat doen - Je stuurt het keukenteam aan en zorgt dat iedereen prettig en efficiënt samenwerkt - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productie van lunches, buffetten en cateringopdrachten - Je bereidt en presenteert gerechten waar je trots op bent - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat elk gerecht de keuken perfect verlaat - Je denkt mee over nieuwe recepten, menu's en verrassende seizoensgerechten - Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere opdrachten tegelijk lopen - Je zorgt dat de keuken georganiseerd, schoon en goed bevoorraad blijft - Je begeleidt collega's en helpt hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen - Je werkt nauw samen met de Chef-kok en neemt het voortouw wanneer dat nodig is - Je draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer waarin kwaliteit, creativiteit en plezier centraal staan Dit ben jij?
