Wat ga jij doen? Jij bent als Sous-chef dé assistent van onze Chef-Kok en zorgt voor een goed georganiseerde keuken en efficiënte mise-en-place. Je zet alles in om onze wereldse gerechten perfect en volgens vast receptuur te bereiden én het team te laten vlammen. Je geeft enthousiast leiding aan het team (4 tot 8 personen), traint nieuwe collega's en bewaakt de juiste veiligheidsvoorschriften. Ook ondersteun je bij de personeelsplanning en het beheren van de voorraden. Wie ben jij? Je hebt passie voor horeca en bent goed in het bereiden van alle uiteenlopende gerechten in onze professionele keuken. Daarnaast heb je kennis van keukenmanagement, HACCP en hygiëne.
