Heb je ervaring opgedaan binnen het midden tot hogere horecasegment én binnen een middelgroot tot groot horecabedrijf? Dan zoeken we jou. Voor Restobar TUUR zoeken wij een Sous Chef die samen met onze chef-kok verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de dagelijkse keukenoperatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Sous Chef sta je midden in de keuken. Je werkt operationeel mee, maar houdt tegelijkertijd overzicht over het team, de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van de service. Samen met de chef-kok zorg je dat de keuken iedere dag staat. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Aansturen van het keukenteam tijdens voorbereiding en service • Zelfstandig draaien en aansturen van een partie • Waar nodig de volledige keuken operationeel aansturen • Taken en verantwoordelijkheden van de chef-kok overnemen • Begeleiden en coachen van collega's en leerlingen • Bewaken van kwaliteit, smaak, presentatie en snelheid • Organiseren van mise-en-place en voorbereiding • Schakelen bij onverwachte drukte of veranderingen in reserveringen • Zorgen voor rust, overzicht en duidelijke communicatie tijdens de service • Meedenken over gerechten, werkwijzen en verbeteringen • Bewaken van hygiëne, HACCP en structuur binnen de keuken Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, tempo en samenwerking iedere dag samenkomen. Voor ons is vooral belangrijk dat je: • Meerdere jaren ervaring hebt als zelfstandig werkend kok • Ervaring hebt in het midden tot hogere horecasegment • Ervaring hebt binnen een middelgroot tot groot horecabedrijf of restaurant • Bij voorkeur ervaring hebt als Sous Chef, Chef de Partie of in een vergelijkbare verantwoorde...
