With craftsmanship, creativity and your guiding role, you will take our kitchen to the next level. The recipe for our Sous Chef As Sous Chef, you are the head chef's right-hand person and jointly responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You monitor quality, manage the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly - even during peak hours.
