Sous-Chef Brings the art of working to life! Bij Creative Valley geloven we dat vooruitgang begint bij creativiteit. Als Sous Chef werk je nauw samen met de Keuken Manager en zorg je er samen voor dat alles in de keuken soepel verloopt. Je werkt actief mee in de keuken en weet wat er speelt, zodat de dagelijkse operatie goed draait en je snel kan inspringen als dat nodig is. Je stuurt het keukenteam aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Ook op drukke momenten houd je het overzicht en blijf je rustig, waardoor je het team daarin kunt meenemen. Je communiceert duidelijk en direct en draagt bij aan een fijne, positieve werksfeer waarin goed wordt samengewerkt. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de hospitality teams en zorgt dat de operatie soepel en gestructureerd verloopt. Je werkt zelf mee wanneer nodig, maar verliest nooit het overzicht. Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt, dat afspraken worden nagekomen en dat de kwaliteit van service hoog blijft, ook op drukke momenten. Je bent een leider voor je team en een schakel tussen de locaties van Creative Valley. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Zelfstandig aansturen van het keukenteam van 2-3 personen en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in functioneren en terugkoppelen aan de Keuken Manager - Ervoor zorgen dat de keuken georganiseerd, overzichtelijk en volgens planning draait - Bewaken van kwaliteit van alle gerechten - Zorgdragen voor de naleving van HACCP-richtlijnen - Minimaliseren van waste en efficiënt omgaan met producten - Behere...
