In deze functie stap je een keuken binnen waar vakmanschap en creativiteit centraal staan. Je gaat nauw samenwerken met de chef kok om het nieuwste restaurant van Maastricht, restaurant Mosa, op de kaart te zetten. Samen sparren jullie over gerechten die verassen in kwaliteit en creativiteit! Naast de ruimte om jezelf culinair te ontwikkelen kom je terecht in een enthousiast team dat graag geïnspireerd wordt en met jou wil meegroeien. Samen bouwen jullie aan een keuken waar smaak, kwaliteit en plezier hand in hand gaan. Hoe ga je dit doen? - Door jouw creativiteit en vakmanschap volop te gebruiken: je bedenkt nieuwe gerechten die onze menukaart laten groeien en waarmee jij jouw stempel drukt op het restaurant; - Door elke dag een team van 10-15 collega's te motiveren, te coachen en samen te laten presteren als een geoliede machine; - Door mee te denken over de inkoop en te zorgen dat de keuken altijd perfect is voorbereid, zodat jij en je team nooit misgrijpen; - Door als leermeester talent te ontwikkelen, medewerkers te begeleiden en jouw kennis door te geven; - Door het overzicht te bewaren en de keuken soepel te laten draaien wanneer de chef afwezig is, waardoor jij écht het verschil maakt; - Door verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor kwaliteit, organisatie en samenwerking, zodat jouw keuken elke dag op topniveau draait.
