Unsere Lounges am Flughafen Wien Schwechat laden Reisende mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten zum Verweilen im Genussland Österreich ein - mit den Austrian dishes erzählen wir dabei Geschichten vom kulinarischen Erbe; von echten, hochwertigen Produkten, die auf reine Qualität setzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wien suchen wir 1 Sous Chef (all genders) DoNs Catering GmbH - Flughafen Lounges Schwechat - Vollzeit

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Du entwickelst liebevoll maßgeschneiderte Rezepte und gestaltest Menüs für die Gemeinschaftsverpflegung

* Du koordinierst die Produktion und Speisenausgabe

* Du bist verantwortlich für Warenwirtschaft (Überprüfung der Wareneinsätze, Bestellung, Warenannahme, Inventur)

* Die Einhaltung aller gängigen Vorschriften (z.B. HACCP, Arbeitnehmer_innenschutzgesetz, FIFO) liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich

* Du bist Ansprechperson für das Küchen- und Reinigungsteam und unterstützt die Dienstplanung

* Du trägst Mitverantwortung für die Auswahl, Einarbeitung und Weiterbildung des Küchenteams

Das bringst du mit:

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Eine fundierte, abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre Koch_Köchin)

* 2 Jahre Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (Produktionsküche, Catering)

* Freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Kund_innen

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Stressresistenz, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
