DEINE AUFGABEN

* Organisation der Küchenabläufe

* Übernahme der Verantwortung während der Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs

* Du bist die rechte Hand von unserem Küchenchef

* Bestellungen, Kontrolle und Überwachung der Warenlieferungen

* Erstellung von Menüplänen und Ala Carte Karten

* Vor- und Zubereitung von hochwertigen Gerichten und wertvoller Umgang mit den Produkten

* Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement

* Einhaltung der Hygienestandards nach HACCP

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchen- und Servicemitarbeitern zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes

* 5 Tage Woche - Wir richten uns nach deinen Wünschen
