Wir stellen ein: 1 Sous Chef jun. (w/m/d) Das erwartet Sie

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Dienstplangestaltung, Bestellwesen, Inventuren, HACCP-Richtlinien und Lieferantenkontakt

* Zubereitung und Fertigung von Speisen in hochwertiger Bioqualität, Sicherung einer gleichbleibenden Speisenqualität

* Mise-en-Place Arbeiten

* Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Küche

* Wochenenddienste

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Interesse und Leidenschaft für biologische, regionale Lebensmittel und Produkte

* Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte und Menüs sowie Hands-on-Mentalität und Kreativität
