Jij zorgt er samen met de chef-kok voor dat de lijnen in de keuken duidelijk worden uitgezet. Samen met de andere souschef bewaak je het operationele overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat de keuken soepel draait. Je weet je team te motiveren, creëert een positieve werksfeer en bent vertrouwd met alle facetten die bij de rol van souschef horen. Met jouw ervaring ben je een coach en motivator voor een keukenteam van ongeveer acht medewerkers.

Er is volop ruimte voor zelfontwikkeling, onder andere via interne trainingen en masterclasses die gericht zijn op vakmanschap, creativiteit en leiderschap. Functie-eisen: WAT MAAKT JOU DE SOUSCHEF DIE WIJ ZOEKEN • Een afgeronde koksopleiding niveau 3 of 4, of minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. • Je begeleidt de keukenbrigade wanneer de chef-kok afwezig is. • Je bent een echte vakpersoon; een leermeesterkwalificatie is een pré. • Je hebt productkennis en ervaring met HACCP-richtlijnen. • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met informatie en kunt strategisch meedenken.
