Als Sous Chef bist du ein zentraler Bestandteil dieses Erfolgs. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Küchenchef zusammen, übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bringst deine eigenen Ideen aktiv ein. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, Prozesse mitzugestalten, dein Team weiterzuentwickeln und die kulinarische Handschrift des Loxone Campus nachhaltig mitzuprägen. Deine Aufgaben:

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation der Speisen

* Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Gerichte und saisonaler Menüs

* Führung, Motivation und Einschulung des Küchenteams

* Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Mitverantwortung für Warenbestellung, -annahme und Lagerhaltung

* Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen in der Küche

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Leidenschaft für frische, hochwertige und regionale Küche

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch in stressigen Situationen

* Kreativität und Freude daran, neue Ideen einzubringen

Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen und freuen uns Sie ebenso kennenzulernen, sollte Ihr Gehaltswunsch über dem vorgesehen Gehaltsrahmen liegen.
