Als Sous-chef ben jij de rechterhand van de Chef-kok en speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van de keuken. Van à la carte service tot grote congressen en evenementen: jij houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid tijdens service. Wij zijn een zakelijke hotelketen met een dynamische keuken. We koken voor à la carte gasten én grote zakelijke groepen. Die combinatie vraagt om structuur, snelheid en oog voor detail. Onze menukaarten ontwikkelen mee met de tijd: eigentijdse smaken, verrassende ingrediënten en gerechten waarin plantaardige creaties het vertrekpunt zijn. Denk aan krachtige bereidingen met bijvoorbeeld jackfruit, peulvruchten of seizoensproducten, altijd met smaak als hoogste prioriteit.
