WIE ZIJN WIJ? Het Houtse Meer is gevestigd in een groene omgeving met een adembenemend uitzicht over een waterplas. We hebben een restaurant en een evenementenafdeling, met twee andere bijzondere locaties in ons portfolio. Onze menukaart richt zich op grillen en smoken met de Josper grill als middelpunt. We streven naar hoogwaardige kwaliteit in zowel menu als service. Het restaurant leent zich ervoor om zowel binnen als buiten 150 zitplaatsen te vullen. We zijn open van woensdag t/m vrijdag, en werken met een vast en gezellig team. WAT GA JE DOEN? - Je wordt operationeel werkzaam in de keuken van het restaurant. - Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de keukenactiviteiten. - Je wordt medeverantwoordelijk voor het wekelijks plaatsen van bestellingen en het beheren van de voorraad. - Je gaat bijdragen aan het bedenken en bereiden van nieuwe gerechten voor zowel het reguliere menu als de vaak wisselende proeverijplanken. - Je gaat een essentiële rol spelen in het opleiden van het keukenpersoneel en draagt actief bij aan hun professionele ontwikkeling. WIE BEN JIJ? - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijke functie. - Je kunt goed werken onder druk en het overzicht behouden tijdens drukke momenten terwijl je intensief samenwerkt met het keuken- en bedieningsteam. - Je bent proactief op zoek naar nieuwe trends als het om eten gaat. - Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar: bereidheid om ook in de avonden en in het weekend te werk...
