Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Sous Chef stellv. Küchenleitung

(m/w/d) 100% in Dornbirn ab sofort Du liebst gutes Essen, behältst auch in der Küche den Überblick und möchtest Verantwortung

übernehmen? Bei uns unterstützt du die Küchenleitung, bringst deine Ideen ein

und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass Qualität, Genuss und ein gutes Miteinander

zusammenpassen.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

Als Sous Chef bist du die zentrale Unterstützung unserer Küchenleitung und sorgst gemeinsam

mit dem Team für einen strukturierten und effizienten Ablauf in der Großküche.

Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit, koordinierst das Team und unterstützt bei der

Planung und Umsetzung von Cateringveranstaltungen. Du behältst den Überblick über

tägliche Aufgaben, stellst die Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Reinigungsstandards sicher

und förderst eine kollegiale, wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit. In Abwesenheit der Küchenleitung

gewährleistest du einen reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb, planst vorausschauend

und achtest auf einen wirtschaftlichen Wareneinsatz sowie einen verantwortungsvollen

Einkauf.

Was du mitbringst

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und idealerweise Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren

Position

º Erfahrung mit HACCP-Systemen und Hygieneplänen wünschenswert

º Organisationstalent mit Blick für Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Hygiene

º Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit

º Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

º Arbeitszeiten überwiegend von Montag-Freitag zwischen 06.00 Uhr und 14.30 Uhr,

selten Einsätze am Abend/Wochenende
