* Speisezubereitung: Du kochst aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass die Speisen gut zubereitet und ansprechend angerichtet werden.

* Küchenabläufe: Du unterstützt bei der Organisation der täglichen Abläufe in der Küche.

* Stellvertretung: Du unterstützt die Küchen- bzw. Betriebsleitung und vertrittst sie bei Bedarf.

* Teamkoordination: Du unterstützt Kolleg*innen im Arbeitsalltag und behältst den Überblick.

* Hygiene: Du achtest auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und die Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben.

* Warenwirtschaft: Du behältst Warenbedarf, Lagerbestände und Bestellungen im Blick.

* Organisation: Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Betrieb.

Das bringst du mit:

* Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch/Köchin oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

* Erfahrung: Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Küche, idealerweise in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie.

* Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, selbstständig und behältst auch bei Stress den Überblick.

* Teamarbeit: Du unterstützt dein Team und kannst Kolleg:innen im Alltag gut anleiten.

* Englischkenntnisse: Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch, da Englisch im Betrieb die Hauptsprache ist.

* Mobilität: Führerschein und eigenes Auto sind von Vorteil, da der Standort außerhalb des Ortsgebiets liegt.
