Vacaturebeschrijving Als sous chef bij TreeCity werk je mee aan een verzorgde lunch en goede gastbeleving. Je houdt overzicht in de keuken, stuurt collega's aan en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Een fijne plek voor een ervaren kok die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt en samen met het team iets moois neerzet.

Jouw werkplek

Je werkt bij TreeCity in Amsterdam Zuidoost, een moderne kantooromgeving met drie gebouwen waar verschillende huurders samenkomen. TreeCity draait om drie dingen: ontmoeten, samenwerken en opladen. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, de auto en de fiets. Metrostation Bullewijk en station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA liggen dichtbij. Kom je met de auto? Dan is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vermaat verzorgt hier de horeca voor Vastint en zorgt voor een gastvrije en ontspannen sfeer. Het horecaconcept heet Tree Coffee en sluit helemaal aan op de sfeer van TreeCity. Het is de plek waar gasten terechtkunnen voor verse koffie, ontbijt, lunch en iets lekkers voor tussendoor. Denk aan belegde broodjes, soep, salade bowls, bakeryproducten, smoothies en verschillende warme en koude dranken. Ook zijn er producten om makkelijk mee te nemen naar de werkplek of onderweg. Presentatie en uitstraling zijn belangrijk, zodat alles er verzorgd en uitnodigend uitziet. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne plek waar gasten graag even binnenlopen en terugkomen. Jouw functie

Als sous-chef bij TreeCity, Amsterdam ondersteun je de chef?'kok in het dagelijks leidinggeven aan het keukenteam en waarborg je de kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie van gerechten. Wanneer de chef-kok afwezig is, neem jij de leiding over. Als souschef: - Bereid je smaakvolle en kwalitatieve gerechten; - Coördineer je de werkzaamheden binnen het keukenteam; - Train en begeleid je collega's in hun ontwikkeling; - Bewaak je de voedselveiligheid en HACCP-richtlijnen; - Ondersteun je de chefkok bij een efficiënt keukenproces en de administratie.
