Als Sous-Chef_in bist du die zentrale Unterstützung der Küchenleitung und übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen Küchenalltag. Du arbeitest aktiv mit, behältst Abläufe und Qualität im Blick und bist wichtige Ansprechperson für das Küchenteam.

Das erwartet dich:

* Unterstützung und Vertretung der Küchenleitung im täglichen Betrieb

* Aktive Mitarbeit in der Speisenzubereitung und Organisation der Küchenabläufe

* Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Anleitung, Motivation und Unterstützung des Küchenteams

* Mitverantwortung für Warenwirtschaft, Vorbereitung und effiziente Abläufe

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service und anderen Abteilungen

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer stellvertretenden Funktion

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsstärke

* Freude an Teamarbeit und an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein

* Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
