In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, managing the kitchen team and working with our Chef to improve our offer and work process. The challenge in this position is to keep an overview of our various catering outlets; the breakfast restaurant and banqueting rooms for meetings and events. These different catering concepts require a different approach and preparation, so there is a lot of variety in the tasks and every day is different.This is what you like to do: - You are responsible for the overview, planning and preparation of our various catering outlets. - You manage the kitchen team, in the absence of the Chef you are responsible for the entire kitchen. - Working from our Inntel Hotels menu: Inntel Originals. - You support with orders, making schedules and possibly recruiting and selecting new colleagues. - You work daily according to HAACP guidelines and ensure a clean working environment.
