Wat ga jij doen? Als Souschef bij Loetje ondersteun je de Chef-kok in het dagelijkse beheren en aansturen van de keuken en ons keukenteam. Als de Check-Kok niet aanwezig is, ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke. Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van de mise-en-place en zorgt dat onze beroemde biefstukken en andere gerechten volgens een vast receptuur en de hoge standaarden van Loetje worden bereid. Je coördineert het keukenteam bestaande uit 4-8 collega's. Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe collega's op te leiden en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en workflow tijdens de drukke diensten. Daarnaast houd je natuurlijk toezicht op de naleving van alle HACCP, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een expert in het bereiden van smakelijke en kwalitatieve gerechten en weet hoe je een keuken moet aansturen. Je hebt passie voor het vak en goede kennis van alle regels rondom HACCP en sociale hygiëne. Je bent een motivator en mentor voor het keukenteam.
