Als Souschef bij Preston Palace combineer je verantwoordelijkheid met koken, teamwork en volop afwisseling. Als Souschef geef je dagelijks leiding aan de keukenbrigade van één van onze restaurants: Ribbleton, Midtown, San Remo, Pizza Enzo of Silverado Bistro . Je: - Stuurt het team aan en verdeelt de werkzaamheden. - Bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang en hygiëne. - Werkt actief mee in de keuken. - Begeleidt nieuwe collega's, stagiaires en leerlingen. - Zorgt dat HACCP-, veiligheids- en Arbo-richtlijnen worden nageleefd. - Denkt mee over nieuwe gerechten, recepten en menu's. - Plaatst dagelijkse bestellingen. - Lost kleine problemen zelfstandig op en schakelt waar nodig met de chef-kok. Wat zoeken wij? - Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring óf wilt hierin graag groeien. - Je bent enthousiast, sociaal en een echte teamplayer. - Je hebt kennis van HACCP. - Je denkt graag creatief mee over gerechten en menu's. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
