Eindverantwoordelijk voor meerdere keukens en de dagelijkse operatie Aansturen van zelfstandig werkende koks, assistenten en leerlingen Actief meewerken op de vloer wanneer nodig Voeren van sollicitatie-, ontwikkel- en verzuimgesprekken Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s Bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne en processen Verzorgen van lichte administratie (planning, bestellingen, voorraad) Intensief samenwerken met bediening, leveranciers en andere teams Wat neem je mee?
