Als Souschef werk je in de dynamiek van een iconisch voetbalstadion, waar je hoogwaardige gerechten bereidt voor duizenden gasten tijdens wedstrijden, concerten en events. Als souschef ben jij samen met de chef-kok verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de keuken. Je werkt midden in de dynamiek van een top locatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles in de keuken op rolletjes loopt - van voorbereiding tot uitvoering. In deze functie combineer je jouw culinaire vakmanschap met leiderschap. Je motiveert het team, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat ieder gerecht consistent van hoog niveau is. Van stijlvolle banqueting en vergaderlunches tot walking dinners, buffetten en 3-gangen diners op hoog niveau: jij zorgt dat het klopt tot in detail. We zoeken een souschef die niet alleen sterk is in de keuken, maar ook wil blijven groeien in zijn of haar rol als leidinggevende. Dit ga je doen - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het keukenteam samen met de chef-kok - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en efficiëntie in de keuken - Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt (junior) koks in hun ontwikkeling - Je zorgt voor een strakke mise en place met hoogwaardige producten - Je denkt actief mee over menu's, gerechten en verbeteringen in de keuken - Je waarborgt hygiëne-, HACCP- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen Wat neem je mee? ...
