Erfolgreiches Gasthaus mit feiner gut bürgerlicher Küche nahe dem Bodensee Wir suchen ab Oktober einen neuen motivierten Küchenchef*in für unser etabliertes Gasthaus mit feiner gut bürgerlicher Küche in der Nähe des Bodensees. Die Aufgaben

* Leitung und Organisation der Küchen-Mitarbeiter*innen (ca. 8 MA gesamt)

* Fokus: Feine gut bürgerliche Küche : Planen, Herstellen von Speisen à la Carté, Tagesmenü und Event-Caterings mit dem Küchen-Team: von gut bürgerlicher Küche - neue Variationen und Ideen, Akzente willkommen!

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatz, wenn es rund hergeht

* vorwiegend Verwendung von regionalen Produkten bevorzugt

* Sauberkeit und organisiertes Arbeiten

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Planung, Organisation, Bestellungen

* Einhaltung der Hygiene-Richtlinien

* Kostenkontrolle

* Mitarbeiterführung

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch/Köchin

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position in entsprechender Gastronomie

* Qualitäts-und Verantwortungs-Bewusstsein

* nette kollegiale Persönlichkeit

* Führungs-Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* langfristige Orientierung

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Mitarbeiterführung sowie für die Organisation und Koordination der Küchenabläufe

Dein Gehalt als Küchen-Chef (m/w/d) liegt VB ab € 2.700,- 3.500,- netto mit Möglichkeit der Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation / 14 x/ Jahr, Beginn nach Absprache.
