Für unser JOHANN Bistro & Café am Salzburger Hauptbahnhof suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Souschef (m./w.) Du möchtest den nächsten Schritt in deiner Karriere gehen und Verantwortung in einer modernen, lebendigen Gastronomie übernehmen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams im JOHANN Bistro & Café am Salzburger Hauptbahnhof und unterstütze unsere Küchenleitung bei der täglichen Organisation und Führung der Küche

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der operativen Leitung der Küche

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft

* Zubereitung und Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen

* Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Warenbestellung, Warenannahme und Kontrolle der Lagerhaltung

* Unterstützung bei der Dienstplan- und Urlaubsplanung

* Fachliche Anleitung und Einschulung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Effizienz im Küchenbereich

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung

* Leidenschaft für hochwertige Speisen und frische Produkte

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Hohe Qualitäts- und Serviceorientierung
