Für unsere vielfach ausgezeichnete Hotelküche suchen wir einen engagierten und kreativen Sous Chef (m/w/d), der unseren Küchenchef tatkräftig unterstützt und mit seinem Fachwissen sowie seiner Begeisterung für hochwertige Kulinarik überzeugt. 1 Souschef (m./w.) Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in allen organisatorischen und operativen Bereichen

* Mitverantwortung für die Führung und Motivation des Küchenteams

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufs

* Zubereitung und Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen auf konstant hohem Niveau

* Kontrolle und Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP)

* Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und Bestellwesen

* Unterstützung bei der Menüplanung und Entwicklung neuer Gerichte

* Einschulung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitern und Lehrlingen

* Vertretung des Küchenchefs in dessen Abwesenheit

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Leidenschaft für regionale und internationale Küche

* Kreativität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
