Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir von 15.11.2026 bis 15.04.2027 1 Souschef (m./w./d.) DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Vertretung des/der Küchenchef_in

- Herstellung und Zubereitung der Speisen in allen Teilbereichen

- Erstellung von Menükarten und Kostenkalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef

- Verantwortungsvoller, sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsmitteln

- Gegebenenfalls Schulung der Auszubildenden in der Küche

- Warenannahme und Warenkontrolle, fachgerechte Lagerung der Waren, monatliche Inventur

- Qualitätskontrolle und -sicherung im Bereich F&B

- Gewährleistung von Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hygienestandards in der Küche, den Kühlhäusern und den Lagerräumen

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

- Abgeschlossene, berufsspezifische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

- Sehr gutes Fachwissen sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Kostenbewusstsein

- Motivierende Führungsqualitäten sowie hohe Sozialkompetenzen

- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

DEINE ARBEITSZEIT:

- ab 40 Stunden pro Woche

- 5- oder 6-Tage-Woche

- die u.a. Lohnangabe bezieht sich auf eine 40-Stunden-Woche
