Wir suchen 1 Souschef (m./w./d) D E I N E A U F G A B E N :

- Unterstützung der Küchenleitung bei der Organisation und Steuerung des täglichen

Küchenbetriebs

- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Küchenablauf in Abwesenheit der Küchenleitung

- Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe und Unterstützung des Küchenteams im täglichen Betrieb

- Aktive Mitarbeit an den verschiedenen Posten und Unterstützung dort, wo sie gebraucht wird

- Überblick über Warenbestände und Kühlhäuser sowie Unterstützung bei einer effizienten

Warenwirtschaft

- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und HACCP-Richtlinien

- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung unseres kulinarischen Angebots in enger

- Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch m/w/d

- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

- strukturiertes Arbeiten

- idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Führungserfahrung als Sous Chef oder vergleichbaren

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe zzgl. aller Überstunden, Zuschläge und gesetzlichen Sozialleistungen.

KV-Überzahlungen sind in Abhängigkeit von Ihrem Qualifikationsprofil möglich. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Souschef (m./w./d) beträgt 2.440,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
