Deine Aufgaben:

Als Sous Chef bist du die rechte Hand unseres Küchenchefs und eine wichtige Säule unseres Küchenteams. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit ihm für klare Abläufe, höchste Qualität und einen reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung, bringst deine Ideen ein und führst das Team mit Klarheit und Wertschätzung - auch eigenständig, wenn der Küchenchef nicht im Haus ist.

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der fachlichen und menschlichen Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Küchenteams

* Eigenständige Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb und klare Abläufe im täglichen Küchenalltag

* Übernahme der Küchenleitung in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs

* Sicherstellung und laufende Kontrolle höchster Qualitätsstandards in Küche und Serviceabstimmung

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Menü- und Speisekarten

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Lebensmittelsicherheits- und HACCP-Standards

* Unterstützung bei der Planung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Wareneinsatz, Lagerhaltung und Bestellungen

* Mitverantwortung für Kostenkontrolle und die Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Küchenteams sowie bei der Dienstplanung

* Förderung einer guten Zusammenarbeit und eines wertschätzenden Miteinanders im Team

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Küchenmeister:in)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Küchenposition

* Freude an Führung, Teamarbeit und klarer Kommunikation

* Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft, Qualität und zeitgemäße Küche

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und ein hohes Qualitäts- und Serviceverständnis
