Wir verstärken unser Team, und suchen: 1 Souschef (m./w.) für die Wintersaison 2026/27

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs

* Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen auf hohem Qualitätsniveau

* Führung, Einschulung und Unterstützung des Küchenteams

* Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

* Warenbestellung, Kontrolle und Lagerverwaltung

* Mitverantwortung für Menüplanung und Wareneinsatz

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
