Die Küche ist dein Revier - und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.

Als Sous Chef bist du die zentrale Unterstützung unseres Küchenchefs und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen, kreativen und qualitativ hochwertigen Küchenablauf. Du arbeitest in einem jungen, motivierten Umfeld und gestaltest kulinarische Erlebnisse mit - vom täglichen Service bis zu besonderen Hochzeiten und Events.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung des Küchenchefs in der operativen und organisatorischen Küchenleitung

- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Küchenbereich

- Mitgestaltung und Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Speisenqualität

- Anleitung, Unterstützung und Motivation des Küchenteams im täglichen Ablauf

- Mise en Place sowie aktive Mitarbeit auf allen Küchenposten

- Einhaltung und Kontrolle aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards laut HACCP

- Mitverantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einen strukturierten Küchenablauf

Das bringst du mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Küche und Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder als Chef de Partie mit dem nächsten Karriereschritt

- Leidenschaft für hochwertige Kulinarik, sauberes Handwerk und kreative Präsentation

- Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und einen ruhigen, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil - auch wenn es lebendig wird

- Freude an Teamarbeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein professionelles Auftreten

- Interesse an einem Umfeld, in dem Genuss, Qualität und Gastfreundschaft täglich gelebt werden
