Deine Talente im Einsatz! * Du unterstützt den Küchenchef um einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche zu garantieren und vertrittst ihn an seinen freien Tagen * Du hast Spaß daran, sich über die Entwicklung neuer Trends am Markt zu informieren und diese aktiv beim Planen, Rezeptieren und Entwickeln neuer Gerichte mit einfließen zu lassen * Du hilfst mit, unseren hohen Qualitätsanspruch sicher zu stellen * Du führst eigenständig einen eigenen Posten deines Fachgebiets * Du bist zuständig für die fachliche Unterweisung Deiner Commis und Lehrlinge * Die Vor- und Zubereitung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Speisenangebotes siehst du als Selbstverständlich * Du bist aktiv dabei bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte und Ideen und hilfst mit unser hohes Qualitätsniveau zu halten und auch zu steigern * In deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich fallen auch die Einhaltung unserer hohen HACCP Standards und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Dein Schlüssel zum Erfolg! * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch /Köchin * Eventuell stehst du in der zweiten Reihe und willst den nächsten Schritt in deiner Karriere machen * Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in Küchen der gehobenen Hotellerie * Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicebewusstsein * Du hast ein kostenbewusstes Denken und achtest auch auf die Details * Du hast fundierte Fachkenntnisse auf einem oder mehreren Posten und gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter * Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und auch gut Englisch * Du bist ein Teamplayer * Du bist sehr zielorientiert und in Stresssituationen behältst du den Überblick * Selbstständiges Denken, Engagement und Professionaltiät zeichnen dich aus
