- Past and present - Milestones in DAF's history - Sustainability - Environment - Emission reduction - - DAF as employer - Terms of employment - Search Work directly with SOX Auditors to execute SOX testing procedures and gain exposure to financial controls across the entire European organisation - Location Eindhoven (NL) - Organisation Unit Finance - Fulltime - Education level Bachelor - Contract type Internship contract Job description As an intern with the SOX Audit team, you will work directly with experienced SOX Auditors to assist in executing SOX testing procedures, including design and operating effectiveness testing, remediation test work, in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards (SOX 404 compliance) across designated locations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in internal control execution, risk management, and financial controls. You will be exposed to all financial areas of the Trucks and Finance company for the entire European organisation, giving you a comprehensive understanding of how various departments operate and interconnect. Your main responsibilities will include: - Gathering and analysing data for SOX testing procedures; - Executing SOX testing procedures under the guidance of experienced (Senior) SOX Auditors; - Assisting in coordinating the SOX control testing program across multiple locations; - Tracking, monitoring and preparing overall SOX assessment status and findings; - Preparing reports for periodic reporting to DAF Senior Management and PACCAR Internal Audit; - Contributing to remediation efforts where control weaknesses are identified; Your profile - You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field'; - You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail; - You have strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and strong project management skill...
